Horseshoe Lane Project
This is another home that we completely renovated. Although it's a newer style (built in the 1990’s), this home was very dated. We didn’t need to change the layout, but we made huge renovations to bring this home up to date. The kitchen was done in a white shaker, with gorgeous mixed material subway tiles and an accent tile at the stove. The old style pantry was removed to make way for the bar and serving area.
We continued with white cabinetry and carara marble/quartz countertops in all of the bathrooms. The master bathroom had a re-design to get rid of the old corner tub and add a lovely free standing tub. The master bedroom had an upgrade with white beams on the vaulted ceiling and a barn door to the bathroom and walk in closet. In addition to painting the entire home, we used a handsome hand-scraped laminate flooring for downstairs. The staircase and upstairs had a beautifully patterned carpeting. Stunning light fixtures throughout the home added a wow factor.
